Water usage in Building A has spiked by 20,000 Gallons this week. It jumped from about 27,000 gallons to 48,000 gallons per week. At approx. 18,000 per week, Building C water consumption is much lower in comparison. Please check your unit for leaking fixtures and have them repaired immediately.
The association gets one water bill for the entire community. You pay for water through your association dues or rent. Water is the associations largest expense, accounting for almost 20% of the budget. Wasted water, as well as negatively impacting the environment, is literally money down the drain. This is money that could be better spent maintaining & improving our property and larger water bills will be passed on to you in increased dues or rent.
Leaking faucets and running toilets unnecessarily waste water and can add thousands to our water bill. If you have a leaking faucet, running toilet or faulty fixture in your unit please shut off the water supply to the fixture immediately, until the repair is complete.
Tenants should contact their landlord to repair plumbing fixtures. You can also contact the office if you are having problems.
