Hurricane Milton Aftermath
Dear Palm Beach Landings Condo Association Members,
We wanted to provide you with an update on the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. We are relieved to report that our condos withstood the storm remarkably well. There was no significant damage to the exterior of buildings themselves but some units have been reported to have water damage.

Unfortunately, the new dock did experience some damage. The end of the dock, which is farthest from the entrance, has buckled. The dock committee is currently assessing the extent of the damage and will be working with Williamson Bros. to repair it as soon as possible.
The community room was spared from flooding even though water reached high enough to breach the office side entrance. No water entered due to sandbagging efforts that had taken place prior to the storm.
Additionally, a few trees were toppled by the storm. We will be in the process of removing them and assessing any other landscape damage that the storm may have caused.
Important to note, that the water came close but did not reach the swimming pool, and the new generator in the "A" building was also sandbagged and spared.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to address the aftermath of the hurricane. We will keep you informed of any updates or changes as they become available.

Dear Owners,
As Hurricane Milton approaches, it's important to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and property are protected. Please be advised that you must clear all furniture and personal belongings from your balcony by tomorrow. Strong winds can cause flying debris, which can pose a serious risk.
Additionally, the building's elevators will be shut down tomorrow afternoon due to safety concerns. Please plan accordingly and complete your shopping for supplies prior, otherwise you will need to use the stairs to access your floor.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time. For those with renters, please forward/relay this information.
Be safe,
Glenn Atwell, CAM
